Wanted:Marketing Coordinator PT or FT

Minnesota Inboard Water Sports is looking for a Part Time or Full Time Marketing Coordinator to join our team to deliver elite branding and marketing strategies for our family focused company. Duties include but not limited to creating marketing strategy, graphic design, website design, social media content and assisting sales team and pro shop teams.


  • Create digital and content strategy plan to deliver social media, paid media, website/e-commerce, email, and traditional advertising channels
  • Manage marketing projects creating timelines and ensuring the team hits key deadlines
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals
  • Collaborate with the cross functional teams to ensure content strategy is aligned across email, social, web and retail and all assets produced are in line with brand guidelines and core values.
  • Perform market research to understand consumer’s interests, needs, and to help ensure our content strategy and product offerings are on target for our audience
  • Ability to shoot video, take photos and perform graphic design
  • Website management and design
  • Assist sales team in organization of online leads and managing website inventory
  • Assisting pro shop in apparel design and ordering
  • Managing sponsorships, donations and ads for clubs, charities and schools

Skills and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in marketing, communications, advertising, or design.
  • Proven marketer who understands and has worked with small businesses with cross function teams for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Proficient understanding of how all social platforms operate and how to improve reach and engagement
  • Skilled with SEM and SEO methods and strategies and ability to measure results using Google Analytics
  • Robust understanding of effective e-mail campaign management
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills
  • Self-motivated and strong work ethic
  • Ability to contribute to team environment with positive input, and desire to improve the brand’s communication with its clients
  • Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment
  • Driven to stay on top of and learn new marketing strategies
  • Creative experience including graphic design, video and photography
