Team Player: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but a can-do attitude and a passion for making people happy are what we value most!
Water Enthusiast: Whether you’re skilled in water sports or just starting out, a love for water activities will make you a valuable member of our team.
Availability: We are looking for candidates who are available part-time year round in Detroit Lakes

Minnesota Inboard Water Sports is a family-owned business established in 1992 that specializes in Malibu and Axis brand boats. We take pride in our family first atmosphere and company culture. We are one of the largest Malibu boat dealerships in the Country, and our company has always been focused on delivering outstanding customer service to support our products.
We are also closed from December 24th – January 1st for our team to spend time with their families over holidays.
