Boat Pickup Disclosure * With regards to dock pickups, due to near record low water depths, please be advised that if MN Inboard is unable to remove your boat from your lift you will be notified to contact your lift/dock provider for assistance. You will still be charged the quoted rate for the trip charge, as well as for the additional trip charge when we come back the second time to pick up your boat. Additionally, MN Inboard will not be responsible for any damage caused by low water in transport to the landing, or in the loading of the boat onto the trailer. Interior Detail * It is understood and agreed that Minnesota Inboard Water Sports Inc. is not responsible for any lost equipment that is left in a storage boat and if removal of equipment is required to properly perform maintenance on the boat, I could be charged for this.
Ceramic Coating (New Service Offered) * We are excited to partner with Vantage and now offer Ceramic Coating. The ceramic coating protects your boat by using NanoTechnology to act as a significant shield for your interior and exterior surfaces from inevitable impacts from environmental or human elements.
Exterior: Offers protection against fading, UV rays, tree sap, bird waste, and more.
Interior: Resists mold, stains, rips (up to 6”), burns (up to 1”), and discoloration.
This service comes with a 5-year warranty.
Note: Some body work may be required before this application is applied.
Trailer Inspection (New Service Offered) Trailer inspection process includes: Inspecting trailer lights, check/torque lug nuts, top off brake fluid, check/grease bearings (if applicable), inspect tire condition, ensure breakaway cables are intact with no damage, ensure safety chains are intact with no damage, ensure transom straps are intact with no damage, brake test and inspection, test/inspect tongue jack, test/inspect winch, inspect guide poles/pads, inspect bunks and fender boards. (Recommended every 2 years)

It is understood and agreed that Minnesota Inboard Water Sports Inc. is not responsible for any lost equipment that is left in a storage boat and if removal of equipment is required to properly perform maintenance on the boat, I could be charged for this. I am also required to remove the boards from board racks and stow away the bimini top prior to storing the boat or could be assessed a fee for someone else to do so. Finally, I also understand that removal of all food and drinks from the boat is a requirement.
Storage & Winterization Agreement * The following terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services to be provided by Minnesota Inboard Water Sports, Inc. (“MN Inboard”), to you (“Customer”):
Storage. In consideration of the obligation of Customer to pay fees as herein provided, and in consideration of the other terms, provisions, and covenants hereof, MN Inboard will store Customer’s boat (and trailer if applicable) (the “Boat”) at certain premises owned or leased by MN Inboard (the “Premises”).
Term and Termination. The term of this Agreement shall be for the 2025-2026 winter season and shall commence upon Customer’s delivery of the Boat to MN Inboard in late summer/fall and shall terminate upon Customer taking delivery of the Boat the subsequent spring. If requested by Customer and agreed to by MN Inboard, MN Inboard may pick up and deliver the Boat to Customer. Customer agrees to take delivery of the Boat on the date designated by MN Inboard. Any property left at the Premises upon termination or expiration of this Agreement shall be deemed abandoned and may be removed and stored by MN Inboard in such manner as MN Inboard deems expedient and the cost of any such removal and storage shall be payable by Customer to MN Inboard upon demand.
Fees. Customer shall pay to MN Inboard fees as set forth in any invoice/Repair Order (“RO”) issued by MN Inboard to Customer. All storage and planned services fees shall be paid prior to or at the time of Customer’s delivery of the Boat to MN Inboard. Any additional repair or other fees shall be paid prior to Customer taking delivery of the Boat in the spring. MN Inboard reserves the right to refuse delivery of Customer’s Boat and/or terminate this Agreement for non-payment of fees.
Risk of Loss and Insurance. Customer assumes all risk of damage and loss to Customer’s Boat, any gear, equipment or other contents in the Boat, and any other personal property of Customer in the custody of MN Inboard. MN INBOARD DOES NOT PROVIDE INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR ANY LOSS, FROM ANY CAUSE, TO ANY BOAT OR OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY CUSTOMER. If Customer desires insurance coverage for the Boat or his or her personal property, Customer must obtain any such coverage at Customer’s sole cost and expense. MN Inboard shall have no liability for any loss or damage to any property of Customer stored at the Premises or that is otherwise in the custody of MN Inboard. Customer agrees to provide MN Inboard with proof of insurance coverage upon request from MN Inboard.
Indemnification. Customer shall defend, indemnify and hold MN Inboard harmless from any claim or damage arising out of any injury, death, or property damage arising as a result of (a) any services provided by MN Inboard, including any claim or loss arising from the Boat, any gear, equipment or other contents in the Boat, or other personal property, including any damage or loss to the personal property of third parties; (b) Customer’s use of the Premises and any other facilities or equipment owned or leased by MN Inboard; or (c) any claim or loss resulting from damage to the property of third-parties arising from the Boat or any other personal property of Customer.
Default. If a default shall occur in any of the covenants or conditions that Customer is required to observe or perform pursuant to this Agreement, MN Inboard may, through the delivery of written notice to Customer and in addition to all other rights and remedies provided at law or in equity, terminate this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement, Customer agrees to take delivery of the Boat at a location designated by MN Inboard within one (7) business days of MN Inboard’s notice to Customer. In the event of any dispute between Customer and MN Inboard to enforce any provision of this Agreement, MN Inboard, if the prevailing party, shall be entitled to its costs, charges and expenses, including the reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred in any such dispute. This Agreement shall be governed by Minnesota law.
Lien Disclosure. MN Inboard shall have a lien against any personal property stored pursuant to this Agreement or on any proceeds from the sale of any such property pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 514.970 et seq. for rent, labor, and other charges in relation to the personal property that have become due and for expenses necessary for the preservation of the personal property or reasonably incurred in the sale or other disposition of the personal property. Upon a default by Customer of any term of this Agreement, including any failure to pay any amounts owed to MN Inboard, and Customer’s failure to cure any such default as may be allowed herein, MN Inboard’s lien shall attach upon the personal property stored pursuant to this Agreement or proceeds thereof and MN Inboard, upon notice to Customer, may deny Customer access to any such property (except for certain items as required by Minnesota law, if any). MN Inboard may foreclose its lien in accordance with applicable law and MN Inboard may sell Customer’s personal property to satisfy MN Inboard’s accrued monetary claims.
