Our Pro Shop is the heartbeat of that experience—stocked with the best in wakeboarding, wakesurfing, waterskiing, and lake-life gear.
We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Pro Shop Manager for our Excelsior location to lead our retail operations, inspire our team, and create an unforgettable experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
What You’ll Do:
– Lead and inspire the Pro Shop team — hiring, training, scheduling, and keeping energy high all season long.
– Own the experience. Ensure every guest feels welcome, understood, and excited to gear up for their next day on the water.
– Drive performance. Manage inventory, merchandising, and product ordering to keep the shop fresh, organized, and profitable.
– Keep it smooth. Oversee daily transactions, reconcile sales, and maintain accurate reporting.
– Collaborate. Partner with our boat sales and service teams to support dealership events and create a seamless customer journey.
– Champion the brand. Represent Minnesota Inboard’s values — passion, expertise, and genuine love for boating in everything you do.
Who You Are:
– You love all things boating, water sports, and lake life — and it shows.
– You have retail experience (management experience preferred).
– You’re a people person with strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
– You’re organized, detail-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
– You’re comfortable with POS systems, cash handling, and daily retail operations.
– Most importantly: you bring a can-do attitude and contagious enthusiasm every single day.

Minnesota Inboard Water Sports is a family-owned business established in 1992 that specializes in Malibu and Axis brand boats. We take pride in our family first atmosphere and company culture. We are one of the largest Malibu Boat dealerships in the country and our company has always been focused on delivering outstanding customer service to support our products.
We are also closed from December 24th – January 1st for our team to spend time with their family’s over holidays.
