Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Staffing and helping to manage the Pro Shop, providing excellent customer service and helping our customers select the right accessory gear for their needs
- Operating a tractor to organize and move boats around our lot
- Driving and operating boats on the water, including delivering boats to, and removing boats from, docks and boat lifts
- Towing boats and trailers to and from our dealership and customer locations
- Assisting with and eventually leading demo rides and new boat deliveries
- Supporting dealership events, including setup, staffing, and on-water assistance
- Supporting day-to-day dealership operations as needed
Job Requirements:
- Passion for boating and watersports — this is a must!
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate a tractor and comfortable working around large watercraft
- Must be 19 years of age or older, with a valid drivers license, a clean driving record, and experience towing boats with a truck
- Ability to operate a boat on the water, and experience operating wake surf boats preferred
- Self-starter who works well independently and well as part of a team
This is a great opportunity for a college student looking for meaningful seasonal work in an industry they love! This role offers real hands-on experience with boats, customers, and dealership operations — with the potential to grow your responsibilities over time. Our season runs Spring through Fall, with close to full-time hours during our busiest weeks. Weekends and events are a key part of this role, so flexibility is important. We ask for commitment to a schedule so we can plan accordingly, but are generally flexible with what that schedule can look like.

Pay: $18-20 per hour, plus Delivery and Pro Shop Commissions
