Has anyone else had to replace nearly everything on their boat? Well we have. We bought a brand new 2016 VTX IN 2016..... since then we had to replace the touch screen dash, the blower, the speakers, the amp, the throttle and now the ballast pump............. needless to say not super enthralled.

We purchased a 2004 23 LSV from MN Inboard and never had any issues, but when we needed help, they took care of us quickly. After considering other brands, we came back to MN Inboard to purchase a 2018 23 LSV because we felt they did care about their customers. Little did I know that we would hit a boulder that damaged our hull & prop the first week we had it and then the prop was damaged again two weeks after that. So, after three weeks on the water we needed MN Inboard's assistance twice and they moved at warp speed to fix everything. They repaired our boat the first time within two weeks (during their busiest time: early summer) and Fletch came out the second time (within an hour after damaging the prop) to replace our prop at our dock. Matt, Fletch & Mark (as well as the rest of the team) truly stand behind their product and deliver great customer service.

We bought a 24 MXZ. They have been amazing since day 1! Was suppose to be delivered weekend of Mother's Day. We called & ask for it early, they squeezed us in!! They have been very accommodating, answers all questions about the boat right away. On top of that we had the kindest guy, Kody, showing us all about the boat. Great job!!!

The Muellers have made us feel like family since day one. Matt and his team set us up with our A20 in 2016 and we will be back for a larger boat later this year. From sales, to service, to the pro shop they have been nothing but helpful! When folks ask where we bought we tell them time and time again, make the trip to Excelsior!

I purchased a 22MXZ, and my experience with MN Inboard was over the top. They made purchasing a boat very simple and just flat out fun. The staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and make you feel welcome every time you walk in the store. Any questions or issues you may have the staff is easy to get ahold of and get everything answered or taken care of very quickly. It not just customer/salesman relationships with this crew, they are very involved with events, community, and customer appreciation. They have meet ups on lakes, demo boat days on lakes, which gives someone a lot of chances to find the right boat model for them. I feel very confident that a new customer would have no issues choosing to purchase a boat through MN Inboard, and I would recommend them every time.
